Previously, she held the position of Vice President for Government Affairs, EMEA at Planet and worked at the European Commission in roles focused on space policy, Earth observation, and security. Agnieszka has also led the Brussels Office of the Secure World Foundation and held key leadership positions at the Space Generation Advisory Council. She has won multiple international awards and recognitions.
Agnieszka earned her PhD in Space Security from the Polish Defence Academy and holds advanced degrees in Space Management and International Politics. Her education also includes programs at the Said Business School, Oxford University, American University, University of Tennessee and the Université Catholique de Louvain.
Leads the company’s technical vision and product innovation strategy. A recognized expert in full-stack systems architecture and rapid prototyping, Philip designed and built the GEOx platform—a groundbreaking space domain awareness system that integrates multi-phenomenology sensor networks through advanced machine learning pipelines.
As the principal architect behind GEOx’s core infrastructure, Philip conceived and implemented the Responsive Satellite Tasking System (RSTS), a multi-agent AI workflow that enables sub-minute tasking coordination across global commercial constellations. Under his leadership, theoretical network effects were transformed into operational systems, including a standardized API layer that now serves as the foundation for machine-to-machine interoperability among satellite providers worldwide.
Philip also led the development of GEOx’s real-time 3D orbital propagation engine, automated tip-and-cue orchestration, and cross-phenomenology fusion algorithms that dramatically reduce false positives in maritime and terrestrial surveillance. His implementation of stateful failover mechanisms allows seamless transition between degraded national assets and commercial alternatives—ensuring continuous operational readiness for mission-critical applications.
